The NGO “She Starts Entrepreneurship Development Fund for Women” together with the USAID "Agrosooda" project launched and implemented a unique, very interesting project “Women and Youth in Agriculture "Agro Ayim - Agro Zhashtar" with the aim of strengthening the potential and skills in the field of entrepreneurship and digital literacy among 70 women and young entrepreneurs who are at the stage of developing their business in the agricultural sector or heading agricultural enterprises for 1 to 3 years in Osh, Batken and Jalal-Abad regions.

Only by ensuring timely access to relevant knowledge and skills can a step be taken towards equalizing the situation and opportunities for women and youth in rural areas.
Rysgul Akimzhanova, General Director of "Bai Elim" Company LLC, took part in this project as an expert, mentor and jury from the very beginning to the logical end.
Rysgul Akimzhanova: “Do you know what touched me? At the very first setup event, the Skills Workshop, which took place in Osh in June this year, women had such eyes! Full of hope and faith! Will this project benefit them? Should they, in general, spend their time participating in all this? These same eyes, already full of gratitude, confidence and faith, I met again in November 2021 in Bishkek, where the finalists and finalists, based on the results of their participation in the Agrohackathon, won investments, cash prizes, gifts, services, professional and technical support from partners!
And how vividly our 15 participants communicated with IT specialists! A woman from the hinterland, raising chickens, or cucumbers in a greenhouse was expressed in such modern terms in a technical programming language! "

Bai Elim Company LLC expresses gratitude to the project manager David Dyer, project specialist Asel Ikramova, founder of the Women's Entrepreneurship Development Fund Asel Kubanychbekova, director of the Fund Zhadyr Balabasova, brandologist Bermet Tursalieva, Augmented reality and digitalization specialist Semetey Turusbekov for their contribution to the development of rural women and youth.

Bai Elim is committed to expanding the economic rights and freedoms of women in Kyrgyzstan. The more happy and successful women there are, the better and better the economic and social reforms in the country will be implemented.
